| Site Experience |
|
Veeda Oncology Network sites have certified
Investigators and Research coordinators. All
sites are qualified to conduct Phase II-IV
oncology clinical research trials
Veeda Oncology has been involved in more than 51 clinical trials at over 400
sites. This valuable experience has allowed us
to profile each of the sites we have worked with
so that we are familiar with their strengths and
weaknesses along with the time it typically
takes to open the site. The locations that we
would recommend are located throughout North
America, Western and Eastern Europe and India. |

| Investigator Experience |

| At Veeda Oncology we have worked with over 440
investigators. This experience provides us with
strong insight for each investigator along with
their preferences for types of clinical studies
that may be of interest to them. Due to our
locations in the various continents, we can
recommend investigators that we believe will not
only provide the leadership and expertise for
the trial, but also the critical patient accrual
and data quality that the trials require. |

| Exclusive Clinical Site Relationships |
|
On July 1, 2008 Veeda Oncology acquired the
assets of ION (International Oncology Network)
Clinical Research, assumed responsibility for
all of the clinical trials underway and welcomed
the ION Clinical Research employees to Veeda
Oncology. ION Clinical Research was the
organization that managed all of the oncology
clinical trials in the ION Network. In addition,
Veeda Oncology entered into a 5-year exclusive
agreement to manage all oncology clinical trials
that occur within the ION network of sites. This
agreement gives Veeda Oncology access to over
110 ION sites in the United States that conduct
clinical trials with screening possibilities of
over 100,000 new patients a year from these
sites.
In addition to the broad base of sites and
investigators that we have worked with over the
years, Veeda Oncology has secured exclusive
relationships with several oncology hospitals in
India. These relationships allow us to have
exclusive access to their oncology patients. On
average, these hospitals treat over 7,000 new
oncology and hematology
patients every year. In addition, the typical
site is open for enrollment within 2-3 months. |

| These exclusive sites provide the sponsor with
very short site start-up time and very rapid
patient accrual, with the end goals of decreased
study duration and faster time to regulatory
submission. |
