| Project managers at Veeda Oncology® are the liaison between Veeda Oncology team members and our sponsors. All project managers have at least three years oncology experience prior to joining Veeda Oncology, and most have significantly more than that. We have seasoned professionals who understand the importance of proactively identifying issues and sometimes thinking outside the box to resolve problems. |

| Once a study is awarded, the project manager will organize a kick-off meeting, develop a communication plan and develop a project plan using MS Project Server. After approval by the sponsor, the project manager will lead the team to ensure that timelines are met and that quality deliverables are provided. Ongoing communication is emphasized – communication within the project team and with the sponsor are essential to the success of the program. |
